Carabram Park West Humber Trail Protection Project
Working alongside the City of Brampton and the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, this project was divided into three main sections: Site Preparation and Removals, Creek Works and Restoration Works. Additional provisions included layout planning with Enbridge, Trans Canada Pipeline and City Sanitary Services. Excavation and grading work was done on 3 separate sites within the trail spanning 100m all together.

Centennial Park Trail Protection Project
Implemented erosion control and slope stabilization work within Centennial Park, along Etobicoke Creek. Key components included excavation, earthworks and grading at a depth of 6ms from top of the bank and spanning 100m in length. Specialized methods and equipment were employed to handle materials and ensure minimal environmental impact.

Heath to Simpson Pond Dredging and Restoration Project
Implemented ditch restoration work between Heath Pond (T38) and Simpson Pond (T37), located near Sandalwood Parkway West and Hurontario Street. Key components included excavation and removal of accumulated sediment, clearing of invasive phragmites and obstructive vegetation, and regrading of the 1-kilometer channel to restore natural flow patterns and enhance drainage capacity. Specialized methods and equipment were employed to improve stormwater conveyance, support healthier downstream water quality, and ensure minimal environmental impact throughout construction activities. Project completed ahead of Spring 2026 schedule on October 6th, 2025.

Birchbank Park Trail Protection Project
The contract work included critical bank stabilization along Spring Creek within Birchbank Park to protect existing infrastructure from ongoing erosion hazards. Key tasks involved repairing damaged gabion basket, retaining walls and concrete revetment, addressing channel material buildup, and implementing stabilization measures to mitigate scouring and outflanking. Material used, included minimum 2.5 ton armourstone spanning 30 metres and 180 tonnes of riprap behind. Building a bridge to move across the channel and using culverts for bypass.

Allan Kerbel Park Hazard Protection and Erosion Control Project
The project will address erosion concerns, by constructing bank remediation measures that will stabilize the channel slope and prevent further erosion to the park lands. We are required to build an armourstone wall that is 30 metres in length and 5 metres high. Currently in progress. Due to be completed by Dec 2025.
